GetRanked does not guarantee:

• Number of reviews
• Revenue, leads, or sales

Search engines and review platforms are operated by third parties beyond our control.

You must:

• Provide accurate and complete business information
• Have legal authority to manage all connected business profiles
• Maintain the security of your login credentials

By connecting your Google Business Profile or other platforms, you authorize GetRanked to:

• Post responses to reviews
• Send review requests
• Modify business listing content
• Access reporting and performance data

You may revoke access at any time; however, this may prevent us from providing the Services.

You agree not to:

• Solicit fake, misleading, or incentivized reviews
• Violate Google, Yelp, or platform rules
• Upload unlawful, harmful, or deceptive content
• Misuse the Services

You agree to pay all subscription fees according to your selected plan.

• Payments are billed in advance
• Fees are non-refundable
• You authorize automatic recurring billing
• Taxes are your responsibility

Failure to pay may result in suspension.

You may cancel at any time. Your service remains active until the end of the billing period.

GetRanked may suspend or terminate accounts for:

• Non-payment
• Policy violations
• Fraud or abuse
• Review manipulation

No refunds are provided after termination.

You retain ownership of your business data.

You grant GetRanked permission to process, store, and use your data solely to provide the Services.

Each party agrees to keep confidential any non-public business, technical, or financial information obtained through the Services.

GetRanked retains all rights to:

• Software
• Automation systems
• Dashboards
• AI workflows
• Branding

You receive a limited, non-transferable license to use the Services.

The Services integrate with third-party platforms. GetRanked is not responsible for:

• Platform outages
• Account suspensions
• Algorithm changes
• Data loss caused by third parties

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available."

We make no warranties regarding uptime, results, or accuracy.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, GetRanked's total liability is limited to the amount paid by you in the previous 30 days.

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

You agree to indemnify GetRanked against claims arising from:

• Your business practices
• Review solicitation
• Violation of platform rules
• Misuse of the Services

This Agreement is governed by U.S. law and the state where GetRanked is incorporated.

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Services means acceptance of the updated Terms.
